Stress Distress



Do you see these signs in your day to day life?


Then you are a victim of STRESS!!

Stress is simply a fact of nature -- forces from the inside or outside world affecting an individual. There could be many causes of the stress, your job, relationship, health, family issues. When a person is stressed his/her body releases certain stress hormones like cortisol which is believed to affect your metabolic system, norepinephrine which is believed to play role in ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), depression and hypertension. These hormones when produced in the body, creates problem like insomnia, high blood pressure sometimes even heart attack, weight gain or loss, skin problems like pimples, hair loss, etc.

Stress causes disruption in body’s energy system. More the stress, more the worries, more the worries more are the negative thoughts. Thoughts create our world. Every thought has a frequency. Quantum physics have proved that we are energy beings; our thought is the energy which fills our magnetic fields.  When you are stressed, the magnetic field of your body is filled with negative frequency and you attract more negative circumstances and people to you. It’s a common phenomenon, Negative attracts negative. The more you are stressed, the more stressful situations you attract. 



So how to overcome the stress? Simple, by choosing and watching your thoughts, well it may sound unreasonable and impossible to few, as for a human mind we get thousands and thousands of thought every day, to monitor each thought is impossible but you can consciously make an effort. Day in and day out you think thought of your past and future, and forget to live the present, your past is gone and holds no impact on you, but the feelings of your past do. So if you are not happy in now, you are not happy in future. Make peace with now, get in you, and tell yourself that you are at peace. When you are worried and stressed and negative thoughts come in and dwell into your mind, which causes a lot of physical and mental problem. If you are stressed, the first step to treat yourself is to accept the fact you are stressed. Secondly, if you cannot let go of stress and are getting too negative please take don’t let your ego come in between your health, sometimes it happens that we let our ego come in between our problems. And even though we have a solution we refuse from doing it, because our ego confronts us and tells us that this is not worth it. Remember “You reap what you sow” and this is so true, what every thought you sow in your mind you reap it sooner or later.

In Bhagavad-Gita, chapter 5 verse 14 & 15 Lord Sri Krishna says the following to Arujna. 

na kartrtvam na karmaani lokasya srjati prabhuh 
na karma-phala-samyogam svabahaavas tu pravartatae 

naadatte kasyachit paapam na chaiva sukrtam vibhuh 
agnyanenaavrtam gyananam tena muhyanti jantavah 

The Lord does not partake in the good and evil deeds of any person. 

We radiate thoughts every minute and the thoughts that we give most attention to manifests into our lives. 

When we are suffering, the sufferings seems to be never ending, this is because we are focusing on the suffering, instead of the greenery at the end of the suffering. This is why the happier we are the merrier we get and when we are sad or depressed more things comes our way and destroys our peace.

Control your thoughts, and see your life changing. Consciously choose positive thoughts to release the old. Don’t give attention to problem, but see yourself happy, affirm yourself happy and you will see the force of love and happiness working for you and getting you everything you need. “Brahmaiva na apara” which means “GOD IS WITHIN EACH OF US", that is; we are the creators of our destiny.
